As the Director of Discipleship, Carla oversees, designs, directs, and/or implements programming and budgeting for LANE and adult catechesis, youth ministry, children’s ministry, and the Discipleship volunteers and catechists. Carla also administers all aspects of the RCIA program, baptism, marriage, and annulment preparations.
