As ministers of care, we participate in living and sharing the Good News of Jesus, especially among the sick and home/facility-based. We remember the words of Jesus: “Do this in remembrance of me.” Be a part of a ministry team that visits parishioners in homes and facilities to take Jesus in the Eucharist to those unable to participate in Mass.
