Family Ministry Survey
This Respect Life Month, OLL’s Respect Life Guild is taking the opportunity to launch the Walking with Moms in Need initiative at our parish. This nationwide effort was introduced by the U.S. Catholic bishops to increase parish-level support for pregnant and parenting mothers in need.
There are many ways OLL could support mothers and their families. One way we already do so is by partnering with Positive Options, a local organization that helps women experiencing unexpected pregnancies to choose life. Another way is to cultivate a parish culture that is welcoming and nurturing to all families, including those facing various challenges.
To that end, we’re asking all OLL parishioners and guests to fill out this Family Ministry Survey. After all, creating a family-friendly environment at our parish is good for everyone, and it requires everyone’s involvement! The results of this survey will help parish staff and volunteers understand what we ought to be doing to help families in our parish grow closer to Christ, feel welcome and connected, and have their concrete needs met.
